Tim joined MGI Auckland in 2000. In his role as Consultant, Tim helps clients with a wide range of challenges, including establishing financial management and reporting systems, assisting with restructuring and refinancing initiatives, and preparing forecasts and strategic plans (including feasibility studies in start-up situations). He also helps clients with the acquisition or disposal of businesses, including providing share and business valuations. And, he takes on ‘one-off’ projects for clients, such as amalgamations and international tax issues.
While providing a wide range of services to clients today, Tim draws upon more than 30 years of experience in chartered accountancy and business advisory services. Prior to MGI, Tim worked at a top-five Auckland firm, filled the role of principal at a practice in Christchurch, and managed his own practice.
